Initial Cleaning Checklist
For Plush, Sparkling Dens
With an initial cleaning, we are able to give the portions of a Den the extra attention and time it needs as we get to know it . We are able to give a second or third round of scrubbing if needed! This is how we’ll make it plush and sparkling!
Kitchen Checklist
- Hand wipe all cabinet exteriors
- Wipe all reachable light fixtures
- Wipe backsplash
- Clean microwave (inside and out)
- Clean countertops
- Hand wipe small appliances and other items on counter tops
- Clean and polish oven exterior
- Clean and polish refrigerator exterior
- Clean and polish stove top
- Clean hood vent (rises behind stove top)
- Clean sink and polish faucets
- Remove trash, replace bag
- Vacuum and mop kitchen floor
Bathroom
- Clean mirrors (Streak-free)
- Wipe all reachable light fixtures
- Wipe down / remove dust from fan
- Wipe cabinet fronts
- Scrub shower (extra attention to master shower may need 2-3 rounds if needed ALPHA/DAWN)
- Clean counters
- Clean sinks and polish fixtures
- Disinfect toilet and toilet area
- Vacuum bathroom rugs
- Remove trash, replace bags
- Clean and disinfect bathroom floor (APLHA)
All Rooms
- Remove cobwebs
- Wipe all reachable light fixtures and ceiling fan blades (If reachable with 2 step ladder)
- Dust wall art and A/C vents
- Disinfect/wipe light switches and door knobs
- Hand wipe door frames and doors
- Hand wipe window sills and window ledges
- Dust baseboards and blinds*****
- Vacuum + Hand wipe baseboards
- Dust TV’s, electronics, book tops, knick-knacks, lamps, etc
- Hand polish all wood furniture
- Dust banisters and handrails
- Change linen and/or make beds
- Clean front/back door glass ( door to patio inside and out ALPHA + ALCOHOL OUTSIDE)
- Vacuum under all furniture (if possible)
- Vacuum carpet edges with attachment
- Vacuum living area furniture and crevices
- Vacuum and mop floors
Add-ons
- Clean interior oven - $50
- Clean interior refrigerator - $50
- Wash interior windows (must be reachable with a 2-step stool) - $7/window
- Wash out trash bins - $10/trash bin
