• Eligibility: Initial deep cleaning is required for recurring service eligibility.
• Access: You grant our team access to your property at scheduled times. Ensure pets are secured and hazards are disclosed.

3. Payments & Fees

• Pricing: Quotes are based on property size and service type. Prices may change with prior notice.
• Payment Methods: Credit/debit cards via secure processors (e.g., Stripe).
• Late Fees: Unpaid balances may incur a 5% monthly fee.
• Deposits: Required for large jobs or first-time clients.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Notice: Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a 50% cancellation fee.
• Emergencies: Contact us immediately for weather-related or urgent issues.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

• Re-Cleans: Not satisfied? Notify us within 24 hours for a free re-clean.
• Exclusions: Damage caused by pre-existing conditions or failure to disclose hazards is not covered.

6. Liability

• Property Damage: We carry liability insurance but are not responsible for pre-existing damage, valuables, or items not disclosed.
• Injuries: Clients are liable for injuries caused by unsafe conditions (e.g., unsecured pets, wet floors).

7. Termination

• By You: Cancel recurring services with 7 days’ notice.
• By Us: We may terminate services for safety concerns, non-payment, or breach of terms.

8. Intellectual Property

• Content: All website text, logos, and images are owned by Tidy Bears. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

9. Dispute Resolution

• Governing Law: Disputes are governed by Colorado state law.
• Mediation: Parties agree to mediate disputes before pursuing legal action.

10. Updates to Terms
